A director of Redline Communications Group Inc. since the closing days of 2008, Eric Melka became the company’s acting CEO in November 2009 and was appointed full-time CEO in March 2010 to manage a turnaround and the launch of the newly refocused Redline. Recognizing Redline’s success serving industrial, public safety and military verticals, Eric directed the company to perfect wireless broadband solutions to meet the most sensitive and mission critical requirements of businesses and governments. With Eric at the helm, Redline Communications achieved profitability for the first time. Eric continues to inspire innovation through a customer-centric focus which today has made Redline recognized by oil and gas producers, public safety agencies and militaries around the world as the leading provider in industrial-grade wireless wide area networking for where it’s needed most - where nothing else works. Eric came from Telemedia, a major Canadian media company, where as president he managed several portfolio companies and directed their business strategies. Eric gained more than 20 years of experience from hands-on management in business strategy, business development and sales management in the technology sector during which he developed relationships with Netscape, HP, Microsoft, Salesforce.com among other major tech brands. Throughout his career Eric has invested in, consulted with and advised several companies, and holding several board positions at both public and private companies in Canada. Eric founded and actively supports "Follow Your Dream," a charitable organization devoted to developing water, food and education resources in rural Southeast Asia as well as technology training and English education programs in Laos and Cambodia. Eric is also active in community, charitable organizations and YPO. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bishops University. |

Robert Williams |

Robert Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in the rugged computing, networking and security industries to his role as Redline Communications’ Chief Operating Officer. Robert and his team research and develop the ruggedized broadband radios that work in the harshest conditions – from arctic mountains to vast desert sands – to provide reliable connectivity for mission-critical industrial applications. Prior to joining Redline in 2010, Robert was a vice president at Bluecat Networks, a leader in enterprise class IP address management (IPAM) solutions, where he led product development. Robert also served as CEO of Bioscrypt, an innovator in biometric embedded solutions. Prior to that, he was vice president of engineering for Psion Teklogix Inc., the largest operating division of Psion PLC and a global provider of mobile computing solutions and devices for enterprises. Throughout his career, he has held several board positions with both public and private companies in Canada. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo. |

Amir Rosenzweig |

Amir Rosenzweig is a dynamic and visionary senior executive who has spent more than 20 years leading business development, operations, sales, marketing and finance for global technology companies. As vice president of business development, he is responsible for developing new vertical and geographic markets and helping industries realize the benefit of Redline’s wireless broadband solutions. Before joining Redline in 2011, Amir was founder and managing partner of LAR Advisors, a premier consulting and coaching firm that specializes in helping companies grow their businesses and management teams. Prior to that, Amir served as president of Alvarion Inc., the U.S.-based subsidiary of Alvarion, (NASDAQ: ALVR), a network solutions provider for broadband wireless technologies. Amir also served as CEO of MER Telemanagement Solutions Ltd (NASDAQ: MTSL), a worldwide provider of business support systems (BSS). Amir holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and a Master of Business Administration. |

George Kypreos |

As CFO, George Kypreos is responsible for all aspects of Redline Communications’ finances and administration. His more than 20 years of senior business and financial management experience includes serving as CFO at several companies publicly traded on Canadian and US stock exchanges. George joined Redline in 2011 after serving as vice president of finance and administration of NASDAQ-listed Actuate Canada Corp. George also served as CFO of TSX-listed XenosGroup where he had overall responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the company's financial disclosure, taxation and financial operations. Prior to that, he was CFO of TSX-listed SAMSys Technologies which specializes in radio frequency identification (RFI) hardware solutions. George has held other senior finance positions including financial controller of Northern Response International, a worldwide leader in the direct response home shopping and retail product distribution industry. George is Canadian Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. |

Dennis Stipati |

Dennis Stipati is a global wireless communications industry veteran with more than 27 years of sales, marketing and operations management experience. He and his team are tasked with developing channels and making direct sales of Redline’s solutions with companies in the oil and gas industry, other heavy industries and public safety agencies across the North America and CALA regions. Before joining Redline in 2010, Dennis was vice president of worldwide sales for SkyPilot Networks, a manufacturer of wireless mesh and wireless point to multipoint equipment. Prior to SkyPilot, Dennis was vice president of worldwide Sales for Exalt Communications, a manufacturer of wireless backhaul equipment. During his 17 year tenure at Motorola, Dennis held positions including director of sales, Americas for the Orthogon wireless backhaul team. As director of international sales for the Motorola Canopy team, Dennis took the company from zero sales to becoming the market share leader in the unlicensed point-to-multipoint wireless product space. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in operations management from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University. |

Leigh Chang |

Leigh Chang is a veteran of the data communications industry with more than 20 years of experience in high speed packet switching, video broadcast and wireless communications. Leigh and his team are responsible for managing the development of Redline’s solutions to ensure they address customer requirements. Combining a strong and diverse technical background with business acumen, Leigh has brought to market many successful leading-edge products for several public and start-up companies. Prior to joining Redline in 2004, Leigh was co-founder and senior director of optical systems for AcceLight Networks. He also worked at Leitch Technology (now Harris Corporation) where he led new product development in video transport systems, and system management and control. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business of York University. |

Bojan Subasic |

Bojan Subasic is responsible for the development and manufacturing of Redline Communications’ products, a position which requires him to leverage his more than 20 years of experience as a manager, developer, system engineer and architect on many complex products in the area of 2.5G/3G and broadband wireless/WiMAX/Wi-Fi infrastructure and CPE devices. He also has extensive experience in the design of wireless-enabled pen tablet devices and GSM/GPRS telematics devices. Bojan joined Redline in 2007 from Celestica Global Design Services where he was principal engineer. As a member of the CTO office, he was responsible for global wireless technology leadership, working on a number of projects with key Celestica customers such as Nortel, Lucent and Andrew. Bojan also held various engineering and management positions at Mark IV IVHS division, Bel-Tronics, Centrax, WorkOnce and Altigo. He is a graduate of The University of Zagreb in Computer and Radar Science. |

Octavian Sarca |

With nearly two decades of research and development experience in sensors and networked technologies, Dr. Octavian Sarca, PhD. leads the R&D effort that optimizes Redline Communication’s wireless broadband solutions for industrial M2M applications. Octavian returned to Redline in 2010 after serving as senior architect at Siemens Enterprise Networks. Prior to Siemens, he held multiple roles within Redline, including director of hardware design and system architecture. Most notably, Octavian led the team that created the first Redline product, the AN50 point-to-point and multi-point fixed broadband wireless system. Octavian has held various R&D positions within the industry developing such systems as digital broadcast modulators, infrared temperature sensors, digital motion control boards and image processing algorithms. He has made numerous contributions to the communications and engineering community with patents, journal and conference articles and contributions to IEEE communication standards. Octavian holds a Master of Science in electronic engineering from the Politehnica University of Bucharest, and a Doctor of Technology in signal and image processing from Tampere University of Technology. |

Duval Yeager |

Duval Yeager has spent more than 16 years helping build broadband wireless networks for major companies such as Phillips, Chiquita, Telmex and AT&T and cities such as San Diego, Rio de Janeiro, and Buenos Aires. Duval’s responsibilities include educating customers about Redline's technology and solutions, identifying customers’ future requirements and interfacing with Redline’s product management and R&D teams to incorporate these requirements into Redline’s products. Duval has been with Redline since 2007, coming to the company from Alvarion, a global 4G communications company where he was director of sales for the CALA region. His many contributions to the broadband industry include serving as chairman of the CALA Task Group of the WiMAX Forum for five years and developing numerous wireless broadband tutorials at Universities around Latin America. Duval studied engineering in Sao Paulo Brazil and went on to graduate from the University of California at San Diego with a double major, earning Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Spanish Literature. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami. |

Jeff Mulvey |

Jeff Mulvey has been in the data networking and telecommunications industry for more than 20 years, and has extensive experience in sales engineering and technical support. His deep understanding of Redline’s solutions enables him to lead Redline's global sales engineering, cell planning and training teams to build broadband wireless networks that meet customers’ most stringent requirements. Jeff has been with Redline since 2002. Prior to Redline, he led the Canadian sales engineering team at CopperCom, a leading manufacturer of next-generation IP telephony platforms. Before CopperCom, he was responsible for the Canadian sales engineering team at Xylan (acquired by Alcatel), a leading global provider of layer 2/3 switching technologies. He also led the sales engineering team in Canada for Proteon, an early leader in the manufacturing of LAN/WAN internetworking routing and switching solutions. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. |

Veteran sales and marketing executive Lynda Partner brings more than two decades of experience to her current job of building the Redline Communications brand across the company’s target industries and geographies. Prior to joining Redline in 2011, Lynda was president and chief operating officer of In-Touch Survey Systems, a publicly traded consumer insight and market research firm. Before In-Touch, Lynda founded Got Corporation, a pioneer in the area of permission-based email marketing software. Prior to that, Lynda was CEO of Caravelle, the developer of the award-winning Watcher Web monitoring software. She joined Caravelle by way of TMI Communications, a mobile satellite division of BCE, where she served as vice president of sales and marketing. Lynda holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa. She is a Certified Internet Marketing and Business Strategist (CIMBS) and has earned a professional research certification as an expert quantitative market researcher from the Marketing Research Association. |
