Eric Melka
Chief Executive Officer

Eric Melka

Eric Melka became CEO in March 2010, leading Redline to profitability for the first time. Eric continues to inspire innovation through a customer-centric focus which today has made Redline the leader in industrial-grade wireless wide area networking for where it’s needed most - where nothing else works.

Eric came from Telemedia, a major Canadian media company, where as president he managed several portfolio companies and directed their business strategies. Eric’s more than 20 years of experience comes from hands-on management in business strategy and business development in the technology sector during which he developed relationships with Netscape, HP, Microsoft, Salesforce.com among other major tech brands.

Eric founded and actively supports "Follow Your Dream," a charitable organization devoted to developing water, food and education resources in rural Southeast Asia. He is involved in many community and charitable organizations and is an active member of YPO.

 

Amir Rosenzweig
Senior Vice-President, Business Development

Amir Rosenzweig

Amir Rosenzweig has spent more than 20 years leading business development, operations, sales, marketing and finance for global technology companies. As vice president of business development, he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and new markets for Redline.

Prior to Redline, Amir was founder and managing partner of LAR Advisors, president of Alvarion Inc. and CEO of MER Telemanagement Solutions Ltd.

 

Robert Williams
President, Middle East and North Africa

Robert Williams

Robert Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in computing, networking and security to his role as President, Middle East and Africa. Robert is responsible for all operations in the middle east, a key market for Redline.

Prior to joining Redline in 2010 as COO, Rob served as vice president at Bluecat Networks, CEO of Bioscrypt, and vice president of engineering for Psion Teklogix Inc. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo.

 

George Kypreos
Chief Financial Officer

George Kypreos

As CFO, George Kypreos, CA, is responsible for all aspects of Redline’s finances and administration. His more than 20 years of senior business and financial management experience includes serving as CFO at several companies publicly traded on Canadian and US stock exchanges.

George joined Redline in 2011 after serving as vice president of finance and administration of NASDAQ-listed Actuate Canada Corp, and CFO of TSX-listed XenosGroup and TSX-listed SAMSys Technologies.

 

Carl MacKinnon
Vice President, Worldwide Sales

Carl MacKinnon

Carl MacKinnon brings more than 20 years of experience in the industrial telecommunications industry to his role as vice president of worldwide sales. Prior to joining Redline, Carl was the global sales leader for GE Digital Energy’s industrial communications division, and before that he was Director of Sales for MDS.

His many contributions to the industrial wireless industry include serving as a board member of The Energy Telecommunications and Electrical Association (ENTELEC).

 

Bojan Subasic
Vice President, Development and Production

Bojan Subasic

Bojan Subasic is responsible for the development and manufacturing of Redline products. He joined Redline in 2007 from Celestica Global Design Services where he was principal engineer. As a member of the CTO office, he was responsible for global wireless technology leadership, working on a number of projects with key Celestica customers such as Nortel, Lucent and Andrew. Bojan also held various engineering and management positions at Mark IV IVHS division, Bel-Tronics, Centrax, WorkOnce and Altigo.

Bojan is a graduate of The University of Zagreb in Computer & Radar Science.

 

Rick Cuthill
General Manager, Redline Military Technologies

Rick Cuthill is General Manager of the Redline Military Technology (RMT) business unit where his knowledge of RF design, product management, and his leadership skills help Redline maintain its technological leadership position in the Military and Public Safety markets.

A co-founder of two wireless companies, Rick was also VP Product Management at Reverb Networks where he was responsible for product vision, definition and business development, Director of Product Management at Spotwave Wireless,  and VP Product Development at TenXc Wireless.

 

Lynda Partner
Chief Communications Officer

Lynda Partner

Veteran sales and marketing executive Lynda Partner brings more than two decades of experience to her current job of building the Redline Communications brand through marketing and corporate communications, as well as public and investor relations.

Prior to joining Redline in 2010, Lynda was president and chief operating officer of In-Touch Survey Systems, a publicly traded consumer insight and market research firm, and before that CEO of Caravelle and GotMarketing.
