Redline is committed to ensuring that our customer’s wireless broadband systems operate efficiently within their unique environments. Our warranty, protection and support plans deliver ongoing value to ensure a sustained return on your investment.

STANDARD WARRANTY PLAN

All Redline products have a 12-month limited Standard Warranty included as part of the equipment purchase price.  Redline products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve months following initial shipment of product.
Standard Warranty provides for repair & return of hardware defects and correctional software and excludes user induced and environmental damages.

REDCARE PROGRAM

Redline’s RedCare program offers flexible protection and support services to continuously cover your Redline products for up to 4 additional years beyond the standard warranty period and enable you to selectively tailor the required continuous services to meet your specific operational requirements.  Customers should contact their point of purchase or Redline directly to obtain a quote.

The RedCare Premium Support plan combines Professional Services with the RedCare Support Plan to provide a customized package of protection & services to suit your specific requirements. Additional services available within a RedCare Premium Support Plan include training (product and troubleshooting), annual base station maintenance/inspection audits, semi-annual critical site maintenance/inspection audits, network health/performance audits, RF wireless optimization, Redline equipment alarm monitoring, and on-site field technical resource (dedicated or shared) to perform on-the-ground break/fix technical services. Customers should contact Redline directly to discuss their interests in this plan and obtain a quote.
