Robert Williams


Robert Williams
Chief Executive Officer

Robert Williams joined Redline in May 2010, advancing steadily through its executive ranks from Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and then President Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Redline’s largest market. Robert brings more than 20 years of experience in computing, networking and security to his role as CEO of Redline Communications, and prior to joining Redline in 2010, served as Vice President at Bluecat Networks, CEO of Bioscrypt, and Vice President of Engineering for Psion Teklogix Inc.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.


George Kypreos


George Kypreos
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, George Kypreos, CA, is responsible for all aspects of Redline’s finances and administration. His more than 20 years of senior business and financial management experience includes serving as CFO at several companies publicly traded on Canadian and US stock exchanges.

George joined Redline in 2011 after serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration of NASDAQ-listed Actuate Canada Corp, and CFO of TSX-listed XenosGroup and TSX-listed SAMSys Technologies.


Jeff Gould


Jeff Gould
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales

As Senior VP of Global Sales and Marketing, Jeff Gould is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and achieving the result for marketing and sales. Prior to Redline, Jeff was General Manager at Honeywell and an executive at Matrikon, both of which were publically traded companies. He brings over 19 years of diverse business experience with him including in-depth industrial market knowledge and a broad technical knowledge of industrial controls, advanced analytics, and connectivity.

Jeff graduated from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, Alberta and is a six sigma green belt.


Bojan Subasic


Bojan Subasic
Vice President, Development and Production

Bojan Subasic is responsible for the development and manufacturing of Redline products. He joined Redline in 2007 from Celestica Global Design Services where he was Principal Engineer. As a member of the CTO office, he was responsible for global wireless technology leadership, working on a number of projects with key Celestica customers such as Nortel, Lucent and Andrew. Bojan also held various engineering and management positions at Mark IV IVHS division, Bel-Tronics, Centrax, WorkOnce and Altigo.

Bojan is a graduate of the University of Zagreb in Computer & Radar Science.


Louis Lambert


Louis Lambert
Vice President, Oil & Gas Sales

Louis Lambert is responsible for worldwide sales to the oil and gas market for Redline, managing a team of sales and technical support professionals who sell, deliver and support Redline solutions. Since joining Redline in 2002, Louis has progressed through the ranks, holding increasingly senior positions in sales, sales management and business development.

Prior to Redline, Louis also held various sales management positions in the telecommunications industry at companies including Xylan, Alcatel-Lucent and CopperCom.


Jimmy Bakakis


Jimmy Bakakis
Vice President, Global Channel Sales

As Vice President of Global Channel Sales, Jimmy manages our territory sales team and works closely with Redline’s key strategic customers and partners to drive further growth in our markets globally. Since joining Redline in 2006, Jimmy took on increasing responsibilities starting from Manager to Sr. Director of Worldwide Channel, to AVP of Critical Infrastructure, and now VP of Global Channel Sales overseeing sales management and channel development.

Jimmy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from San Francisco State University, and had previously held various analyst positions with Safeway Inc. based out of Pleasanton, California.


Duval Yeagar


Duval Yeager
Associate Vice President, Product Marketing

Duval is responsible for Redline's product business and understanding the markets, end customer environments, business needs, and technology.  Duval leads Redline’s strategic alignment where our technology meets customer business requirements. He has held board roles on the WiMAX Forum, the Wi-Fi Alliance, and the ISA.100.15. Prior to Redline, Duval held engineering and sales roles in NEC Americas and Alvarion.

Duval holds a BSc in Econometrics from the University of California at San Diego, and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
